MY ACCOUNT
What can I find in my customer account?
You’ll find your personal information and your order history associated with your customer account.
You’ll also find your Pattern Library, which includes all your downloadable files. Downloads are limited to five (5) per customer, per file.
To keep all your patterns in one place, make sure to always use the same customer account when making a purchase.
PRODUCTS
Are seam allowances included?
Yes! All seam allowances are included in our sewing patterns.
Unless otherwise stated, seam allowances are 1 cm (3/ in).
Are your sewing patterns created using AI?
No. Every sewing pattern is personally designed and drafted by the founder of Mimi Sewing Company.
If you ever notice a small mistake, it's simply human error.
Please don't hesitate to contact us—we're always happy to help.
Which pattern formats are included?
Each purchase includes two printing formats.
1. US Letter / A4 Format
Perfect for home printing. The pattern prints on multiple pages that you'll tape together.

2. A0 Format
Ideal if you'd rather have your pattern printed at a copy
shop or sewing store.
This option prints on a single large sheet, so there's no assembly required.
PURCHASES
Can I share my purchased sewing patterns with others?
No. Each purchase is licensed for individual personal use only.
Every sale directly supports the growth of Mimi Sewing Company, so we kindly ask that you do not share or distribute our patterns.
What will I receive when I purchase a PDF sewing pattern?
Each purchase includes a downloadable file containing:
- The sewing patterns in two formats
- Step-by-step sewing instructions
- Technical guide
All documents are provided in English or French, depending on the language selected at checkout.
Downloads are limited to five (5) downloads per customer.
How can I access my patterns if I've lost the download email?
You have two options:
- Log in to your customer account to access your purchased patterns.
- Contact us by email, and we’ll be happy to resend your files, as long as you haven’t reached the maximum number of downloads.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, PDF pattern purchases are non-refundable.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, PDF pattern purchases are non-exchangeable.
COMMERCIAL USE
Can I sell items I make using Mimi Sewing Company patterns?
No. Our sewing patterns are licensed for personal use
only.
Reproduction, resale, distribution, or sharing of the patterns is strictly prohibited without written permission.
If you have a specific business project in mind, feel free to contact us. A commercial license may be available for purchase.
